JOURVAY / LEGAL

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Jourvay, the travel planning software operated by ABC AI CONCEPTS LIMITED. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

Our service

Jourvay provides software for collaborative itineraries, maps, budgets, packing lists, documents and organising existing reservation records. We charge only for software subscriptions. We do not sell flights, accommodation or travel packages, make bookings on your behalf, hold travel funds or transfer money between travellers. Expense balances are records, not payment instructions.

Map results, routes, weather, imported reservations and AI-assisted results may be incomplete or incorrect. Check times, prices, entry requirements and booking details with the relevant provider. Optional integrations depend on their availability and configuration; a subscription does not include third-party fees or an unlimited AI allowance.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. If you use Jourvay for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Do not publish someone else's personal information without a valid basis. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security risk, explaining the reason where lawful and practicable.

Permission to use Jourvay

You may use Jourvay within your plan and these terms, including for an organisation you are authorised to represent. Rights in the software, design, branding and documentation remain with their respective owners and licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you or restrict rights granted to you under applicable open-source licences.

Your content and collaboration

You retain rights in your content. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide and protect Jourvay and comply with law. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for ensuring that uploaded content may be used and shared.

Invited members and holders of public links may access content within the permissions you choose. You can revoke future access, but this does not retrieve copies already downloaded. Export important information and review sharing before deleting content or your account.

Free and Pro plans

The Pricing page describes the plans and current availability. During the current free-access period, paid subscriptions are not offered and no payment card is required. The planned Free plan permits ownership of up to three trips; Pro permits unlimited trip creation while the subscription is active. We will notify existing users before applying new free-plan limits.

Joining a shared trip does not count as owning a trip. Archived and completed trips you own count towards the creation limit. When a paid period ends, existing trips are not deleted merely because you are above the Free limit, but you may need to reduce the number you own before creating another. Unlimited trip creation does not mean unlimited file storage, computation or third-party services.

Ordering and subscription charges

When subscriptions open, the advertised Pro price is GBP 4.99 per account per month, including applicable taxes, with no physical delivery charge. Check the plan, currency and total on Stripe Checkout before submitting payment; you can return to Jourvay to correct your selection. Paid orders are completed in English and confirmed by email.

A monthly subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The minimum paid term is one monthly billing period, subject to cancellation and refund rights. No paid trial or optional paid extras are included. Any future price change will be notified before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel.

Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page. We receive the billing status and identifiers needed to administer your subscription. Payment methods actually supported are displayed at Checkout.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Pro access is supplied online to the purchasing account after payment has been confirmed. It normally activates within a few minutes. If it has not activated within 24 hours, contact us; we will restore access or refund the affected payment. No goods are shipped.

You can cancel renewal in Settings > Account > Manage subscription when this option is available, or send us an unambiguous cancellation request using the Contact page. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Our Refunds and cancellation policy gives the complete process, our 14-day refund commitment and your statutory rights.

Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and deleting an account are separate actions. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account, or ask us to help. Account deletion does not by itself instruct Stripe to stop a subscription.

Availability, responsibility and consumer rights

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, network problems and third-party outages can interrupt access. We do not promise continuous availability or guarantee travel arrangements made using information in the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits your mandatory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. We are not your travel provider and do not assume the obligations of airlines, hotels or other booking providers.

Changes, complaints and applicable law

We may make reasonable changes to the service and these terms. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be notified in advance where practicable; we will explain cancellation options where required. You can save or print these terms for your records.

Send complaints through the Contact page with a description of the issue and the outcome you seek. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, without taking away mandatory protections in your country of residence. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in any court available under applicable consumer law.
