Before you subscribe

Contact support

Price & renewal: GBP 4.99 per account per month, including applicable taxes. Renews automatically each month until cancelled. No physical delivery fees or paid trial.
Access & cancellation: When subscriptions open, Pro normally activates within a few minutes of confirmed payment. Cancel renewal in Settings > Account > Manage subscription, or contact us. Access continues to the end of the paid period unless refunded.
Refunds & cancellation: Request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription charge. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read the refund and cancellation policy
Plan limits: Free limits count all trips you own, including archived and completed trips. Joining someone else’s trip does not count. Pro does not include unlimited storage, AI usage or third-party provider fees.
Secure payments: Payments will be processed on Stripe’s hosted Checkout. Jourvay does not store full card numbers.
